Order Processing

We work quickly to get your order packed and shipped! This usually takes 1–2 business days. During busy periods like holidays, new launches, or promotions, it might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we don’t offer returns. If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Simply email us at hello@kiwarabeauty.com with photos and a brief description, and we’ll arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.

Track Your Order

We’re just as excited as you for your order to arrive! Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery

Singapore: 1–3 business days.
Malaysia: 3–5 business days for West Malaysia and 4–9 business days for East Malaysia.
Philippines: 4–9 business days.
Vietnam: 4–10 business days.
Indonesia: 3–8 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and packages may experience delays for international shipments.

Missed My Delivery

If you miss a delivery, don’t worry! Our courier will make additional attempts to deliver your order. After three failed attempts, your package will be returned to us, and redelivery fees may apply.
